Renovations at 800 Penn
It’s not every day that a community goes through a complete transformation but we sure are working diligently every day to keep everyone informed about the progress being made here at 800 Penn! Here are the latest details about what you can look forward to in the coming weeks:

Elevator modernization, 2-bedroom balcony railings, parking garage restoration, new window/patio door installations, and leasing office renovations will continue to be completed.

Our exterior accent paint project is underway and is scheduled to be completed by the second week of July. Once completed, the building will receive full exterior paint.

Parcel Pending, a complete package management system, will soon be installed and available for resident use.

Our courtyard renovation is scheduled to begin on July 3rd.

Our new and improved Fitness Center will have its grand opening in mid-July.

Interior hallway renovations will be completed by the last week of July.
As always, completion dates are subject to change but we will continue to keep you informed via email, notices distributed throughout the community, and of course through our blog posts and social media channels. We hope you are as excited for these improvements as we are!
Resident Appreciation Week at 800 Penn
Resident appreciation week will take place during the 3rd week of July. We will be providing residents a variety of community breakfasts, snacks, and more! Thank you for making 800 Penn your choice for Denver apartment living.

National Picnic Month 
How do you plan to celebrate National Picnic Month? We suggest visiting Governor's Park, our local park with picnic areas. Check it out today! This is a great park with lots of wide open spaces to enjoy a picnic. Choose a warm day here in Denver, CO, and bring along friends and family. Pack up your favorite lunch items, and enjoy! Governor's Park is less than a mile from 800 Penn. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. Happy National Picnic Month!
National Ice Cream Month
Did you know it's National Ice Cream Month? Celebrate by visiting our local ice cream shop, Frozen Matter. Frozen Matter brings handcraft ice cream, ice pops and soda to Uptown Denver. Independence Day
Will you be attending the Annual Glendale Fireworks Show to celebrate Independence Day this year? This year's Glendale fireworks display is planned for Saturday night, July 1, 2017, at dusk (generally between 9 and 9:30 p.m.) The rainout date is Saturday, July 8, 2017. Glendale's fireworks show is one of the largest and longest-running events in the area. News of closed streets will follow later. Glendale is about a 15-minute drive from 800 Penn. We suggest going to see The Emoji Movie this month. It comes out in theaters on Friday, July 28. A great family-friendly movie that is based off of the world inside your smartphone. Dunkirk
Are you planning to see Dunkirk? Check it out at your local theater beginning Friday, July 21. Dunkirk is based off of an evacuation of soldiers from Dunkirk, France during World War II. It’s directed by Christopher Nolan, who directed the Dark Knight trilogy, Inception, and Interstellar. His movies have pleased many audiences and we think this one will do the same.
