Trinity Properties joined the Apartment Association Metro Denver in 2008. They have nine properties that are part of the association including our apartment community, Arrive 800 Penn. In today’s post, we want to highlight our relationship with Apartment Association Metro Denver (AAMD) and how it benefits our Denver community.
What is the Apartment Association Metro Denver?
The AAMD began in 1968 by Robert Whittelsey. It was created to protect small business owners like himself which were involved in multi-family housing. “The association has through the years held off many legislative issues that would have had negative impacts on our industry. Over the decades the association has continued to develop and enhance the level of professionalism of operating rental housing.”
The Mission Statement of AAMD explains what they’re all about and how their efforts benefit the multifamily housing industry: “The mission of the AAMD is to enhance member and association prosperity and professional growth through legislative representation, educational advancement and networking opportunities.”
What does it mean to Arrive 800 Penn to be a part of AAMD?
Arrive 800 Penn is a proud member of AAMD as they are able to participate in protecting and improving the multi-family housing industry. This relationship helps to improve Arrive 800 Penn and to improve the experience for our residents renting apartments in Denver, CO. As an example of how AAMD improves the housing industry in Denver, we’ll mention the AAMD Alliance. The AAMD Alliance platform is a way for the industry to fundraise money in order to help in the “legislative and electoral process in Colorado”. This has allowed for greater support and security in the industry. The AAMD is also in affiliation with the Colorado Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association; these organizations add additional support to their cause.
